1Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or place an order under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from our website. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3Products & handloom authenticity

Every saree we sell is handwoven or hand-finished by artisans, and we stand behind the authenticity of our silk cotton, Kuppadam, and Pochampalli weaves. Because these are handcrafted textiles and not machine-made goods, please note the following, which we consider a natural mark of authenticity rather than a defect:

• Minor variation in shade, zari tone, or motif placement between the product photograph and the piece you receive, arising from natural dyeing and hand-weaving processes.
• Slight variation in weight or fall of pure silk cotton fabric across different pieces of the same design.
• Photographs are taken in natural or studio lighting and may render colours marginally differently on different screens.

Genuine manufacturing defects — such as torn fabric, broken zari, or a wrong item delivered — are covered under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

4Pricing & taxes

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the rare event a product is mispriced due to a technical error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5Orders, confirmation & cancellation

An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us with an order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock — and will issue a full refund for any such cancelled order.

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is shipped, by writing to us at saivastragruga@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been packed and handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled, though it may still be eligible for exchange under our Returns Policy.

6Payments

We accept payment through UPI, major debit/credit cards, net banking, and, where available at your pin code, cash on delivery. All online payments are processed through secure, RBI-authorised payment gateways; we do not store your card or banking credentials.

7Shipping & delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered across India through our courier partners, subject to serviceability at your pin code. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. 8Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, product photography, weave descriptions, and website design — is the property of Sai Vastragruga Boutique or our content partners and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or use our content or images commercially without our prior written permission.

9Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website — this includes attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false order or payment information, using our product images without permission, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the site for other shoppers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Sai Vastragruga Boutique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sai Vastragruga Boutique harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.

12Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13Grievance redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, if you have a complaint about an order, our website, or these Terms, please write to our Grievance Officer, and we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

14Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
